For narcing*  on the kid who lives above me for the music/loud banging on the floor, because evidently he finds this to be an appropriate thing to do every night!

I am this (picture fingers really close together) from going up there and ruling** on this kid again tonight.

*You can tell I watch too many cop shows by my use of the word "narc".  I don't know why I find it so amusing, but I do. 

**I'm not exactly sure what ruling consists of, but it sounded a lot like righteous indignation to me, which is where I'm at right now.
